Booking conditions, payment schedules, and traveler responsibilities.
A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the minimum booking advance (as stated on the invoice) and official confirmation voucher issued by Kesar Holiday.
Full payment must be received at least 15 days prior to the travel date for domestic tours, and 30 days prior for international holidays and trade fair delegations. Non-payment by the due date may result in cancellation without refund of the initial deposit.
Kesar Holiday acts solely as a facilitator for visa applications and invitation letters. The final decision to grant or reject a visa rests entirely with the respective Embassy/Consulate. Visa fee is non-refundable in all circumstances.
Any legal dispute arising from transactions with Kesar Holiday shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.
