Cancellation Notice & Deductions

• More than 30 Days before departure: Full refund minus ₹2,500 per person administrative & file processing charges.
• Between 30 to 15 Days before departure: 50% deduction of total package price.
• Between 14 to 7 Days before departure: 75% deduction of total package price.
• Less than 7 Days / No-Show: 100% deduction (Non-refundable).

Airfare & Visa Exclusions

Non-refundable airline tickets, visa fee, and special fair entry badges (e.g., Marmomac/Xiamen passes) are subject to actual supplier charges and cannot be refunded once issued.

Refund Processing Timelines

Approved refunds are processed directly into the original bank account or UPI mode within 7 to 10 working days of written cancellation acceptance.
